Andrew Darcy is an attorney with the Mobilization for Justice and works in the Bronx. Mobilization is a non-profit free legal services provider. Andrew supervises attorneys who handle cases ranging from evictions to rent increases to harassment. Without a stable home, peoples’ lives often collapse. Housing is a first line of defense.
